This tote bag features a Big Bertha the Midwest Princess Lino block print on a repurposed canvas fabric, 20% cotton & 80% polyester blend, with a 100% green cotton lining, and brown handles. Each bag was sewn and printed by yours truly here in Manhattan, KS. It is a standard tote bag size.
The canvas fabric was donated by the amazing Manhattan, KS painter, James Taylor (not the singer). Originally meant to be painted on, Anywhere Aesthetic decided that it was a perfect material for tote bags.
Now let me share the story of Big Bertha! Every year my family is blessed with a little toad visitor on our back porch. This year we got to meet the very sassy gal, Big Bertha. She loved to burrow in my dad’s geranium flower pot and was a girlie girl through and through. To me, she is the epitome of a true Midwest Princess! <3
